Concentrated, long-term, long-only investing

Concentrated: Focus on a small number of well-understood, great companies. Ideas 1-10 will always be better than ideas 10-20.

Long-Term: The best companies continue to deliver value over time. Don't unnecessarily interrupt compounding. "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient." - Warren Buffett

Small: Our focus on small caps allows us to go where others cannot given their size. We prefer to fish in the pond with the most attractive fish and fewest commercial fishermen. 

Long-Only: Our preference is to grow with companies and not at their expense. Even if we have a wonderful idea, the unlimited loss potential and inefficiency of markets can and will at some point work against you.
